Please contact our store for prices on event lighting, on-site decorating, table/chair set up, and other available items.
Rental Policies
A 25% retaining deposit of the rental fee is required at the time of reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 10 business days before your event. Retaining deposit is non-refundable, only store credit is allowed.
Loss and Damage
It is the customer's responsibility to count all the items upon picking them up and/or receiving them upon delivery. Customer must report all shortages or damaged product occuring during delivery within one hour of acceptance of rental items in question. Any damage to linens including but not limited to burns, holes, stains, wax or excessive soil will result in cleaning fees or replacement fee of damaged items. Any breakage of glassware and/or china shall contribute full replacement of the item.
Delivery and Pick Ups
Rental items may be picked up the day before and returned the day after your scheduled event, upon availability and store hours. For an additional fee, we offer delivery and pick up service of all rented items. Fee is based on location and time frame. Additional fee items are not available for delivery/pick up at agreed time. Additional fees may be assessed for staircases or elevators or any area that is not easily accessible. All delivery items will be delivered and stacked in an agreed upon location. Rental items MUST be stacked and ready for pick up in the same location, and in the original containers by the scheduled pick up time or the customer shall be subject to late fees determined by Town & Country Party Rentals at said time. If there are special delivery/pick up requirements, Town & Country Party Rentals must be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
Draping
Town & Country Party Rentals also offers custom backdrops, ceiling draping, chandeliers, head table draping, cake table draping, and much more. Notification of this service needs to be scheduled 2 weeks prior to event. A floorplan and layout of event is also required.
